The card that runs Returnal smoothly
Returnal ran at 99 FPS on my Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB + Ryzen 5 5600G rig (Max, 1080p). On the Vega 7 (5600G) it reached 23 FPS. The card in that rig is the ASRock Radeon RX 9060 XT Challenger 16GB OC.
